After the purchase, the customer receives an order confirmation via email.

The order is only processed after payment confirmation (where applicable).

Orders marked "immediate delivery" are shipped from our available stock. Orders marked "made to order" are produced or purchased specifically upon request.

In case of stock shortage:

You will be informed of the expected timeframe;

You can choose to wait, change, or cancel your order.

In case of cancellation due to unavailability, the amount paid will be refunded.

Average delivery times: 7 to 15 business days;

Delays can occur due to reasons external to the company;

The customer receives a tracking code after the shipment.

Incorrect addresses may result in the order being returned.

Deadline: 14 days after receipt;

Products must be in perfect condition;

Shipping costs depend on the reason for the return;

2 years for purchases made before that date.
