Exchanges and Returns


1. Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns

HDM Global Shop accepts requests for exchanges or returns of products within 14 days of receiving the order, as stipulated in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

To begin the process, the customer must first contact our customer support:

Shipping instructions will only be given after this contact. Orders returned without prior communication will not be accepted.


2. Product Conditions for Exchange or Return

For an exchange or return to be accepted, the products must meet all the requirements below:

to be in perfect condition, with no signs of use;

Include all original, sealed packaging (where applicable);

Include all supplied accessories and components;

to be properly packaged for transport;

provide proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


3. Transportation Costs

Exchanges or returns due to personal reasons/dissatisfaction:
The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchanges or returns due to error, damage during transport, or confirmed defect:
Shipping costs are covered by HDM Global Shop.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

For reasons of hygiene, safety, or customization, we do not accept exchanges or returns of the following products:

Personal hygiene, cosmetic and perfumery items with opened packaging;

intimate products (lingerie, boxers, socks, bikinis, etc.);

Customized products or products manufactured to the customer's request;

Electronic products showing signs of use or that have been configured by the user;

Kitchen and household items that show signs of use or have damaged packaging;

Perishable goods or goods that are sensitive to health.


5. Procedure

The exchange or return process works as follows:

The customer contacts customer support.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

The customer sends the product to the indicated address.

The item is checked upon receipt.

If the conditions are met, the exchange or issuance of credit for purchase will proceed.


6. Resolution Period

After receiving and verifying the product, the exchange or credit issuance is completed within a maximum of 14 days.
