All shipments are tracked and delivered securely to the destination country.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per product and displayed automatically at checkout before completing your purchase.

There are no hidden costs. The customer sees the final shipping cost before payment.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and the destination country.

Average delivery times for Portugal:

International shipping: 7 to 15 business days

Note: Due to the nature of international logistics, delays may occur due to external factors such as customs processes, holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or transportation limitations.

4. Order Tracking

After the shipment, the customer receives an email with the tracking code.

5. Customs and Fees

International orders may be subject to customs inspection.

Where applicable, customs duties and VAT charged by customs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

Is there someone available to receive the package?

Incorrect addresses, repeated absences, or failure to collect within the deadline may result in the package being returned to sender.

In these cases, a new shipping fee may apply.

7. Returned / Undelivered Orders

Failure to collect within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

In these cases, you may need to pay for reshipment.

When will my order be shipped?
As soon as the payment is confirmed. Automatic methods (MB WAY, Multibanco, Card, PayPal, Klarna) do not require proof of payment.

Do I need to send proof of payment?
Bank transfer only if confirmation takes longer.

Can an order be cancelled due to lack of payment?
Yes. With bank transfers, after 3 days without payment, it is automatically cancelled.
