In our store you can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you. All payments are processed securely and the order is only shipped after payment confirmation (when applicable).

Available payment methods

1. Bank Transfer

You can pay by bank transfer in a simple and secure way.

How it works:

1. Complete your order and select "Bank Transfer".

2. You will receive an email with the bank details and order number.

3. Make the transfer by indicating the order number in the description.

4. Once we confirm payment, the order is processed and shipped.

Important information:

• The items are reserved for 3 days .

• If payment is not confirmed within this timeframe, the order is automatically cancelled.

• Confirmation may take up to 24/48 business hours, depending on the bank.

2. ATM

Fast payment via Multibanco reference.

How it works:

• After completing your order, you will receive an Entity, Reference, and Value .

• You can pay at an ATM or through online banking.

Advantages:

• Automatic confirmation.

• You don't need to send proof.

• Very practical for customers in Portugal.

3. MB WAY

Instant payment via mobile phone.

How it works:

1. Choose “MB WAY”.

2. Enter the mobile phone number associated with your MB WAY account.

3. Confirm the payment in the app.

Advantages:

• Instant payment.

• Immediate confirmation.

• No cards needed.

4. Payshop

Payment in cash or by card at a Payshop store.

How it works:

• After placing your order, you will receive a Payshop reference number.

• Pay at a Payshop point (post office, kiosks, stationery stores, etc.).

Advantages:

• Ideal for those who prefer to pay in person.

• You don't need a bank account.

5. Credit Card / Google Pay / Apple Pay

Secure payment with card or digital wallet.

How it works:

• We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and other compatible cards).

• You can also pay directly with Google Pay or Apple Pay if it's available on your device.

Advantages:

• Secure and encrypted transaction.

• Immediate confirmation.

• Quick and convenient.

6. PayPal

Secure payment using PayPal balance or linked card.

How it works:

• Choose PayPal and log in to your account.

• You can pay with PayPal balance or by card (Visa/Mastercard) through PayPal.

• Immediate confirmation.

7. Klarna

Pay flexibly with Klarna (subject to availability).

How it works:

• Choose Klarna when finalizing your order.

• Follow the steps indicated for flexible/installment payment (if applicable in your region).

• Convenient payment options tailored to the customer.

• Simple and completely online process.

Security

All payments in the store are protected by advanced security systems and encrypted connections (SSL). We do not store card details.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?
As soon as the payment is confirmed. For instant payment methods (MB WAY, Multibanco, Card, PayPal, Klarna) confirmation is automatic.

Do I need to send proof of payment?
Bank transfer only, in case confirmation takes longer. You can send this information to our customer support along with the order number.

What if I don't pay on time?
With bank transfer, the order is cancelled after 3 days without payment.

Can I request a refund?
Yes. In the case of a valid return or cancellation, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method whenever possible.
